The majesty of the Rose - one of perfumery’s most iconic blooms - is brought to life and given a contemporary twist which sees it become velvety-soft and sensual. Lending a perfume composition, a sweet, cooling quality, the Rose is a refreshing and serene blossom whose beauty can be found in the majority of all creations, where it is often used to temper the sensual warmth of white flowers. Roses from both Grasse in the South of France and from Saudi Arabia are the stars of the show, as a creamy note of Ylang Ylang tempers their freshness and makes them appear softer and smoother. Slight spice notes of Cinnamon, Pepper and Nutmeg draw out the uniquely subtle spice quality found at the centre of the Rose, whilst the snapped-stem quality of Galbanum mingles with Patchouli to root this Rose into the earth.
