An authentic Aoud creation with a sweet and seductive edge, Kuwait finds a traditionally exotic Aoud composition given a completely contemporary new energy. Touches of Blackcurrant, Peach and Rhubarb lend a vibrant, sugary edge to the chocolatey indulgence of a huge swathe of Vanilla backed up by touches of Benzoin and Tonka Bean. A huge note of Cistus - an unusual flower known as Rock Rose - takes centre-stage in the heart of this creation, allowing it’s honeyed-amber quality to transition beautifully into an earthy-sweet note of Saffron, whilst it’s leathery aspect ties in seamlessly with a prominent note of Labdanum. Aphrodisiacs of Civet and Musk lend their arresting sense of seduction, as a dry and woody dosing of Casmir and Sandal Woods form around Aoud Wood to take the wearer far away from the perfumes of the West.
